Hello friends, After what seems like a long, much needed breather from this weird life, Glenna will be heading into some new treatment soon. She recently had a full set of scans which showed no new growth. But she was not able to have an MRI at that time. So she underwent a new MRI yesterday. What it showed initially was the one of the two sites in the brain was stable. And the other one has continued to "smear". Since they have to make absolutely sure that there is no activity in the brain before she can start another treatment, she has to have two more test done which will more accurately show what's going on. Once they review those tests, they can say for sure that she can move ahead. Or, the worse case scenario is she may have to address the brain again first. Her doctor feels pretty confident that the tumor is continuing to smear and dissolve - and of course we are hoping the same. She should have the tests done this week, and then I will keep you all posted on her new treatment and when it starts. Meanwhile, she's feeling great and looking wonderful and counting the days for William's arrival.
