One week from surgery. No word yet on Glenna's cell growth. Anxiously waiting. Glenna is starting to feel better. She has quite a bit of numbness in her neck and chest area, that may or may not be permanent. When they did the surgery, they had to cut through some nerves that were unavoidable. She is still quite sore around the incision under her arm, but time should heal that. She's finally off the pain meds, which makes her feel alot better. One more week to wait, and then there will be decisions to be made. Hoping that the upcoming spring will bring a change in the direction things have been going.
Love to all of you - thank you for your prayers. M.K.

Just a few words of Emily Dickinson, from me to you . . . "Hope is the thing with feathers which perches in the soul. And sings the tune without the words and never stops at all."
love you!
