Glenna has made it through the first day of cells and Interlukin fairly well. Exhausted and anxious, but hanging tough. As of her morning dose today, she has had 3 doses of IL2. We see a slight sign of rash and bumps - but nothing too drastic yet. We hope for signs of anything to show that the cells are doing their work. The days are long, filled with reading, crosswords, suduko puzzles, tv and movies - and of course eating (mostly us, not her!).
We have met alot of new families here going through similar circumstances with their loved ones. It's comforting to talk to others who are going through the same life altering situations. Pretty amazing stories.
Thank you so much Lindsey and Keith for taking care of our other loved ones. We miss them terribly, but know they are both in good hands. And a huge thank you to Tracy who is taking care of everything for me at work. We'll keep you all updated on Glenna's progress.
Bye for now, Love MK

I've been wearing my one-of-a-kind pink esty store bracelet all weekend and week (hence wearing a lot of pink clothing too!)
Thinking of you, Piggy!!
