One more day, three more doses of IL2. Glenna had her 6th dose at 7:00 this morning. #7 will come at 3:00. So far she is tolerating it. Her rash is worse and she's gained some water weight, and generally feeling pretty lousy this morning. What she assumed was allergies when she got down here is hanging on, and may actually be a cold. She is very congested which is an added aggrevation to her situation! But she is certainly getting lots of rest and TLC. She walks the floor regularly and has lots of nurse-visitors who adore her. She gave out her last few "Glenna Team" tshirts to a few of her favorite nurses, and one for "the big guy" (Dr. Rosenburg). They loved them.
Bob is considering going home for a break possibly tomorrow, as long as Glenna is feeling OK. Jacob is going to hang out here with Glenna and me - hopefully until she goes home. It looks like Jake may be able to stick around for while, so he will be on the Cape for some time before he goes back to Hawaii. So great!
