Happy Ground Hog Day!
The report from Cap'n Bob is that Glenna is doing OK - the treatment and drugs are beginning to take a toll on her. She has had 7 doses of IL2 so far. Last time she could only tolerate 9. So they will continue to monitor her and give it to her as long as she can take it. The more IL2 she receives, the more of a boost her cells will get. But once it starts to knock her down, they will stop. We can only hope that with the amount of cells she received this time and how strong she was when she went into this, that this treatment will be a success. I miss her terribly and can't wait to be with her again. She and Bob talked to Jake on the webcam today.
Well, that's all for now. Enjoy the game tomorrow - Go Pats! Love you all, MK
