It's finally here - Saturday. They stopped her 11pm treatment again last night, so Glenna has had several hours to get off this drug. She felt progressively better as the day went on - just has some major itching problems now. But most of her tubes are gone -just one left for antibiotics until she's released tomorrow. She actually ate a little food tonight - first time in awhile. She's going to get a good night's sleep tonight and then after the doctor releases her, she's on her way home tomorrow. It will feel so good to be home at last.

She wants a few days of quiet - as she did before - but then she should start feeling pretty good and will be in touch with all her friends (not at once of course). So hang in there and know that she will be talking and seeing all of you soon.

We will actually miss alot of these nurses very much. A few of them are really remarkable - in such a short time, they become so close and in tune to Glenna. We are leaving a little gift for them tomorrow. Who knows, we may see them again in a couple of months.
